How bad are some saying?

I've stayed there and it's not the worst hotel room I ever slept in. I do like the casino as drink service is pretty good and they always have a $5 craps table which is what I normally play.

All blackjack is 6:5 which I won't play, but my wife enjoys watching the dealertainers and that keeps her away from me at the craps table !!

Ive stayed there in the last two years and had no complaints. But then again I paid very little for the stay and didnt expect the world. I also enjoyed watching the dealertainers and the drink service was good. We did get a room in the far rear of the hotel which was quite a hike to get to but got used to it. Id stay there again for that kind of savings.

My wife can sit for hours playing slots and watching the crazy dealertainers.

I suggest you try to get in Tower 5. It is closest elevator to the rooms and the room we had there was just fine. The back rooms as tjp60 said are quite a hike and we initially got a room back there that had kind of a smell to it. So we went back up to the desk and asked for a closer room and they put us in tower 5.

You do know there is construction going on at the Quad and in that area right now don't you?

The rooms are $30 per night. What are your expectations for a $30 per night hotel room? It's not the bargain of the century. It's a $30 per night hotel room for a reason

It's "you get what you pay for." I wouldn't stay there because I like a luxury type room when I'm vacationing. Others don't care because they only use the room to sleep and bathe and stow stuff. It hasn't been closed by the health department. It's a nice location.

Snidely-where can you get a room for $30??? I`m currently tracking the rates and they`re definately averaging more than that for May (approx $400 for 6 nights?!)

Excluding weekends, The Quad looks to be running 30 per night on average for the month of May, via the CET monthly calendar.

If you're a Total Rewards member and have gambled even just a little at the CET properties, you will get comps at the Quad and big discounts.
