It is a tough one to answer outright as it will depend in your dates, if there a seat sale for airfare, etc. Weekends will almost always coat more for your hotel
If we go it would me
May 24 Friday - May 26 Sunday
I believe thats memorial day weekend
$100-2000
Your question is too vague, you know that.
Assuming you are going to enjoy yourself then each day/night i would say you want 500-600$ per day/night between you as a minimum to allow you to eat reasonably well, have a few drinks, catch a show/meal, have a gamble etc.
That said you could also only spend 100-200$ per day if you didnt want a show every night, were happy with budget eats etc.
Varies wildly!
Cost for "what" exactly? Are you trying to estimate airfare? Hotels? Food? Entertainment? All of the above?
Airfare will be a min of $300/each IF you can get a good fare from southwest. Depending on where you stay and how much you gamble. There are options in every price range for food and hotels. When someone asks how much, I assume they are on a budget. Weekend hotel prices can sometimes be 300% higher than midweek, so you'll be in a lower end hotel on a budget for a weekend, but don't let that discourage you. Give us the dates and there are some amazing helpful people here who can pull hotel rates out of a hat in less than a few minutes. Typically, you should be able to stay at, maybe Monte Carlo for $100/night, plan $150 per day for food, gambling is up to you. If you're gambling then the drinks are free, if you're not then you will need additional money for day drinking if you chose to do that.
Help the forum help you. Tell us more about yourselves, you dates, and honestly how much you think you're willing to spend. Again, some of the posters here are genuinely helpful and will let you know if a fun weekend can be planned on your budget.
okay I see you've posted your dates, but we still need more info.
Edited: 10 years agoDepends on what your friends like to do too and if you'll need to keep up w them. If they eat high end restaurants, thenprepare for that. If they like night clubs, then bring $$$ for that too. That weekend will be $$, Memorial Day Weekend is typically the start of pool season, they will be having lots of pool parties w " celebrities" etc.
Enjoy, 2 days isn't enough time, you'll be back!
Edited: 10 years agoUnfortunately, weekends are always more expensive and *that* weekend even more so for the reasons meantioned above. You can take a look at prices at all the Caesars hotels here: http://www.totalrewards.com/brands/harrahs/hotel-casinos/harrahs-brand.shtml
I would stay away from the Quad (formerly Imperial Palace) and Rio because it is a little ways off strip. All the rest are perfectly acceptable.
Pick a hotel, add in your airfare, a couple hundred for food, and whatever you want for gambling and you've got your number.
I don't even have to look to know that you will not be able to get a room at Monte Carlo on Memorial Day Weekend, or for that matter most weekends, for $100 per night.
You will spend more for a room that Fri-Sat night, than you would for the next 5 nights Sun-Fri. That's the way it works in Las Vegas.
Sometimes a weekend in Vegas can cost you a liver
