Wedding Dinner Las Vegas

My Fiancee and myself plan to get married October 2012 in Las Vegas. We are looking for an ideal location/restaurant for a wedding dinner. We will have roughly 20 guests flying in from all over the world. Somewhere that will allow children also. Any advice would be much appreciated.

You don't give us much info to work with, which is why the lack of replies.

Without an idea of budget or type of restaurant, I will recommend Maggianos, because they are really good with small groups including those with children.

We don't really have a budget as we would like it to be memorable for our guests. We were looking at the Eiffel Tower restaurant, Top of the World at the Stratosphere or MIx at Mandalay. Something with a view would be nice but not essential. Thank you for your reply ktinca I will look in Maggianos.

Grand Lux might be an option

In my opinion, Grand Lux would be memorable for all the wrong reasons and completely a different experience from the other places the OP has said they are looking.

I have noticed that almost all the MGM/Mirage hotels have links to large party menus now.

I'd also look at Capital Grille.

Most people don't have a budget until they start looking at prices. For 20 people you could end up spending $3500 or $500. What are you comfortable with?

My mother-in-law got married at Paris and had a meal at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. It was excellent. We stayed at Paris which was also really good. Not sure how much it cost but would definately say it was a FANTASTIC day!!!

I am also planning to get married in Vegas in October 2012. I know someone who attended a wedding earlier this year and the dinner afterwards was in Canaletto in the square in The Venetian. They had a private room upstairs I think overlooking the square and she was raving about it so I was going to have a look at that. Not sure about children but its in the Venetian Grand Canal and not the casino so cant see it being an issue.
