Best shows to see in Vegas???

Hi all,

My husband and I will be in Vegas from June 2th to June 30th (Sun-thurs) and we would like to see a show while there. There are many Cirque shows playing and i was interested in seeing Mystere or Love, but i was looking for something that is really 'vegas'. I have looked into Jubilee and there is also Vegas-The Show.

Can anyone recommend which one they think is better and gives a true Vegas feel or are there other shows that would be worthwhile seeing that i have not mentioned?

Thanks so much for your help :)

By the way, check out if any celebrities are playing Vegas while you're there!

www.visitlasvegas.com has a good list of who's going to be there while you're in town

Hi, thought I might try to answer your question. You asked about a true Vegas show. We went to Jubilee for just that reason on our last trip. Didn't know what to expect but was not disappointed. It is just what you expect from old Vegas. Wrote a full review here on TA. the reviews of Vegas show have been good but I have not seen it.

It took 6 responses for someone to actually answer OP's question!!

OP asked for "true Vegas feel" ....... Carrot Top ????? Really ??

See Jubilee --- nothing is more old school, "true Vegas" than that.

Love, Terry Fator, Mystere

I've seen Jubilee and it is a good old fashion Vegas show but I like the ones listed better.

jubilee is old school vegas but theres a reason that its the only one of its kind. And thats because its not that good.

Its ok if you get cheap tickets and have a free evening, but to see it at the expense of a cirque show or other modern high end production would be regretble.

I thought peep show did the whole titilation/boobs thing a whole lot better. With more modern gags, music and dancing.

I also saw Mystere and Penn and Teller. Penn and teller is great and they do a meet and greet after. I was a little disappointed by Mystere. I didnt really know what to expect from a cirque show but I was expecting more than what I got.

Personally Ild go for a headliner/cirque show and see big elvis for free at Bills. To me there wasnt anything more vegasy than watching the big man belt out elvis tunes
