Let It Ride table limits?

On my upcoming trip to Vegas, I am going to play Let It Ride for the first time. I've been practicing and really enjoy it. I love poker, so this is a natural transition for me.

What are table minimums usually like on average? Do they go as low as $5? I'll be staying at Paris (haven't even checked if tehy have it there, though I am sure they will).

Thanks!

Very doubtful you will find $5 LIR at Paris. I have played $5 during the day at TI. I won $900 on a Full House the first time I ever played it. Casinos generally only have 1 or 2 tables going and they fill up quickly. I would say on The Strip, not counting dive joints, you won't find too many $5. There should be plenty of $10. I can't testify as to Fremont or off Strip properties, but I will let you know in May.

I've played LIR downtown and Fitz and Fremont had $5 tables all night. 4Q had $5 during the early hours and $10 later. I'll be there tomorrow night...can't wait to play it again!

I played on a $5 table at the Rio last August, but it was about 1am on a Tuesday morning. Not sure if it would go up to $10 in the evenings or weekends.

It is a fun game, and a nice change of pace from blackjack every now and then.

I play at paris every september. I have played $5 many times - if not a holiday weekend which can be higher. If not at Paris - walk through to Ballys they are sometimes lower. See if you can catch a teaching session they sometimes have on table games in the morning. Ask for help from the dealer or play with a coach - I did when I first started. Hey its fun and ya never know I hit a royal playing $15 LIR last year in Atlantic City. i do advise always play the $1 insurance - that alone paid $25k

Have fun & good luck

ahhh let it ride my favorite game!!!

On the strip I have always found $5 tables at Imperial Palace and Excalibur (no matter what day or time). Early in the day harrahs will have $5 tables. Osheas always has $5 tables.

Believe it or not this past january during the week, Venetian actually had 1 $5 table... never saw that before.

I have always found $5 tables downtown at 4 queens, binions, fitz, freemont and early during the day at Golden Nugget (but at GN they bump it up on weekends and night time)

Last year I played $3 at Sahara. I also played $5 at Bills. My favorite game in Vegas.Watch out,it's very addicting! Beginners luck is sure to happen. Sat next to a lady a few years ago. Her first time playing. She was clueless to the game. She was dealt an Ace,King, & Queen of hearts. She said"What do I do?" I told her that she needed to let it ride. Next card was a 10 of hearts. I told her to set her cards under her chips. Well, she hit the Jack of hearts. It took about 1 hour before we could play again. They took taxes out right there and she ended up with $29,000. She tipped the dealer $100.00(you should of seen his face) & told me "thanks for helping and handed me a $5 chip. I did not expect anything(so cool I am up $5) but I think the dealer expected a lot more. It was sure fun to watch & nice to see someone win that much money.

Gold Spike downtown has $3 LIR too. I love this game but you can seriously chew through a stack of chips FAST!! We played it last year at Main Street Station. The dealers there where fantastic!! Really helpful and funny.
