Has anyone who's been there got an opinion on the Wynn sportsbook? What was the service like? Thanks in advance.

I haven't been but will be going 7/12/05 - I'll post a report when I get back.

Would love to hear what anyone else has to say first though. Particularly about the free drinks. I play the horses and usually play every race for hours but only bet $2 to win or $1 exacta or trifecta boxes each time. I could easily spend more than $10 per race but not all on one bet. A lot of Sports Books now require a minimum of a $10 bet to get a drink coupon. OK, so I may be cheap but, there it is.

1) Drinks are completely free. They will not ask you for a ticket. Excellent service.

2) Sports area is a little small, races got the huge screens when I was there (a sunday w/ MLB and NBA playoffs.) Race area had desks with monitors.

3) Comfy chairs in the sports area but not many of them.

4) Overall a very plush, opulent environment. Similar to Bellagio, but they had more chairs and big screens.

5) NY style deli nearby, tasty but a bit overpriced.

Good luck, Ethan
