The Miracle of America Musuem is a tribute to all that is good about our country. Displays are both indoors and out, and showcase the an eclectic collection of museum pieces, gathered from every corner of the country. Just a few of the many sections of the museum are dedicated to such things as motorcyles, toys, WW II, farm machinery, advertisements and even attempts to "build a better mousetrap." According to their own literature, they cover American history from walking behind a plow, to walking on the moon.
It is a large and rambling place, so allow a lot of time. Outside exhibits include a big old lumber boat you can go in, barns, a one-room school house, military planes and much, much more.
The musuem has many personal and whimsical touches and, in a few places, seeks to impart a moral message, but every part of it is in character with this institution that unabashedly celecbrates our wonderful country.
