Spas in St. Louis

I am staying at the Renaissance Grand (800 Washington Ave.) in St. Louis and am wondering about where I can get a good hot stone massage. The hotel recommend Selah. Does anyone have any experience with this spa? Are there any others near the hotel? Also, what are the "must see" attractions in St. Louis besides the Arch and can anyone recommend some good restaurants, American, Steakhouse, Italian, Mexican, and Asian? Thanks so much for you help. I will be arriving on April 1st.

Everest Cafe is a hole-in-the-wall on Wash. Ave. serving good Nepalese food (similar to Indian).

Other restaurants downtown or a short cab ride away:

Lombardos Trattoria in the Drury Inn across from Union Station. Try the handmade toasted ravioli. Ummm...

Tanner B's has a place downtown, good casual spot.

1111 Mississippi, pricey but special and

Arcelia's for Mexican in Lafayette Square. Save room for dessert at the Chocolate Bar.

Near the Brewery in Benton Park try Niche (resevations are a must). It's a tiny place, very fresh and inventive. It turns into a dessert bar late at nite.
