I was told I had to book a camping spot, in advance, so did so and sent $200.00 US to Mr. Nacho Ruiz the owner/operator of the campground. Upon my arrival, the tent trailor I had arranged to use was found to be in terrrible - not liveable- shape, so I had to look for other accomodations. When I approached Mr. Ruiz about a refund of even a part of my money, I was quite rudely and meanly dismissed by him and couldn't even get him to refund $50US - so this impacted the rest of my month in Sayulita. I know he is a businessman and he runs this business, but you still have to have a heart and he, apparently, doesn't. And as far as having to book a camp spot in advance - well that was unnecessary as each time I went thru the campground it was totally empty or there was 1 or 2 campers there. I just wanted to let interested people know that you won't get treated very kindly by Mr. Ruiz and this is backed up by several of his employees who also spoke to me of his rudeness and meaness.
