Mary Mahoney's/Good? Bad?

We're going to be in Biloxi this weekend and we've made a reservation at Mary Mahoney's for Monday... but now I'm reading some mixed reviews here...

Anyone have any recent experiences to share? We only have 3 nights and if it's going to be hit or miss, I might rather try somewhere else!

There isn't much else in Biloxi! other than casino restaurants. Casinos are about all that have been re-built since storm.

Have been to Mary Mahoney's only once. Food was excellent. It is a little pricey for the average person...but so are the casino rest. I will go back. We have lunch there. Many pictures of distinquisted guests line the walls. Whole first floor of place was underwater and washed it out including furniture. Owners actually rode out storm on second floor as the waves broke up the stairwell.

It is worth the experience so be sure to go.

Also, do visit Ocean Springs east of Bilox on HWY 90. Turn right at first main intersection to visit shops, boutiques, and rest.

We drove through Ocean Springs and it was a lovely drive through the town. Missed the shops so next visit we'll be spending some time there.
