Pubs on Beach

Are there pubs or areas on beach to sit all day and relax and have a few drinks and snacks? Or are those places near the roads?

"...resident 'bar girls'" - you will find them all over Baretto. Baretto is a cousin of Angeles, so the foreigner tourists who come here usually come for the sex. Any diving is just a bonus.

Secondly, Subic bay does not have as many dive shops as, say PG or Bohol - or even Boracay. however, admittedly, Subic bay remains on the "to do" list of every serious divers - mainly for it's wrecks.

Subicom is right about the clientelle - SBMA has more upper class tourists . it remains a popular place for Manila residents to come for holidays. Binictican remaisn a posh area and Kamayan beach resort a place where film celebrities come. SBMA has at least 20 hotels all the waterfront rad and 10 minutes wlk from it. The openign fo Ayala Harbor point ahs made this place even nicer.

Baretto on the other hand caters mainly to the 60+ beer guzzling 20 year old Filipina in tow DOM foreigner tourist - also locally called tatay or lolo. No harm being thus, but to group all foreigners as DOMs would not be right.

(PS - DOM = Dirty old man. on a lighter vein, some feminists on this forum may argue that all men are DOMs, but that is an entirely different story)
