"Roomiest" place to stay with large family?

Where would the best place to stay on the island be with 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Would prefer to be in the downtown area.

There are houses and apartments on TA's site, and vrbo / homeaway's too ... That sleep 10+ people ... but they are probably totally rented for the 2014 season

The penthouse would be great. We've stayed there twice with adults and children and there is more than enough room.

The suites at the Island House have 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 queen beds the other has a King size bed. The couch in the living room also pulls out. There is a large deck for outdoor seating as well.

The Presidential Suite in the Pontiac Lodge also has 2 bedrooms as well as a daybed in the living room and a pull out couch. It only has one bathroom but it does have a full kitchen. It's less expensive than the Island House.
