Braemar Resort

We stayed at the Braemar Resort in August 2010. We (two adults and two kids, 6 and 9 years old) stayed in a deluxe efficiency unit. The unit was very clean and pleasant. The unit did not have air-conditioning, however, we had good cross ventilation. There was a small swimming pool that was being used extensively by the lodgers. The on-site manager was very pleasant and friendly. It's close to major area attractions (not walkable distance though). If you are looking for a nice, clean, reasonable-priced lodging, this is it!

I've never stayed there but have passed it many times and always thought it looked well-cared for. I've stayed at several places along 6A in N.Truro, and have never had a/c and never had a problem ...

glad you liked it!

Glad you thought Braemar was clean and comfortable. We are considering taking our summer vacation there, after checking the website and this forum. I would like to see you post this review on Braemar's site on TA, also. Thanks!
