Help with Hotels for OC

Ok...looking for a reasonably priced hotel (nothing over $150) along the boardwalk in Ocean City. Doesn't need to be really fancy, or with a great view, just as long as it's pretty clean and close to the fun and activities. We don't have children, so we don't mind a small walk. Here are the few hotels I've found by looking here already: The Sahara, Plim Plaza, The Executive and Beach Mark. Beachmark looked nice, but seems to be a bit of a distance from the main boardwalk. Any help or other hotel suggestions would be appreciated. Never been to OC before....

The Beachmark is a decent, affordable place to stay with a huge outdoor pool. However, it is quite aways north of the boardwalk. The boardwalk is roughly three miles long and goes from the inlet to 27th Street (before the Dunes Motel). The Beachmark is on 73rd Street. The Plim Plaza is an older hotel on 2nd Street with very small rooms. The Sahara on 19th Street has several buildings, some newer than others, and is in a good location. The Executive Motel is located around 30th Street close to the new Hilton and the Quality Inn Beachfront. If you don't mind being away from all the action and the boardwalk, the Beachmark would be a good choice. The Sahara, depending on which building you get, would probably be your best bet. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
