Where the locals eat

Im sure someone has asked this before, but what are your favorite local eats. I wanna go to a really good seafood place, not crazy expensive, but good. I like steam pots but the bf likes crabs/lobsters/shrimp. I've been to a lot of the restaurants on the strip and nothing was amazing, everything is a tourist trap.

Thanks :)
