Is Boardwalk Joes closed??

We hope not!! It's our go-to place for breakfast after biking the boards in the morning. They offered a $2.95 special (2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 sausage) that was awesome!!

If it is closed.......does anyone have a suggestion for another good & reasonably priced breakfast.

I heard another business has opened in that location, Espresso Express, or something like that, they're coffee & a bakery.

Sorry, can't help with another breakfast place.

Oh, I hate hearing that!! And not for selfish reasons either. It's just sad to see the small businesses close :(

It has been replaced by OC Cafe, which opened in June.

We always like Happy Jacks for breakfast. They now have gluten free pancakes!

Sahara Cafe at 19th St...one block off the boardwalk. Ranked #6 out of 271 restaurants on TI. We always go here for breakfast, best place we found at the beach.
