Shoreline Fishing Tips

I will be visiting from Vermont and would love to try my hand at fishing along the shore or Saco River. I understand that tide changes at dawn or dusk might be productive for bluefish. Any pointers on spots or tackle?

Saco Bay Tackle posts updates on their site:

Two places where I consistently see people fishing are from the jetty at Camp Ellis and at a spot on the right-hand side of the road (Route 9) heading down to Camp Ellis.
