Water Temperature

Can someone give me a general idea as to what the water temperature is like in the harbor area in late July? We like to wade out into the water to fish and I'm trying to decide if I need to bring waders as space is limited.

Here's one resource:

Whether or not you'll want waders depends on your tolerance for cold - a lot of us just wade in and let our legs go numb. :-)

Thanks CB48 but numb legs I can do without. I'll check out the site.
