Bachelor party in Louisville

Hi, about 10 of us are looking to do my bachelor party in Louisville. We are all late 20's early 30's, from Indianapolis, not necessarily looking for strip clubs, more nice dinner/casino/pub guys. Any suggestions on hotels, restaurants, and casino's??

Have you thought about renting a house instead of hotel rooms? Found this one on VRBO.com. It's in an area known as "Old Louisville"... which would be a good location. There are several good pubs & restaurants in that area. A bit too far to walk to downtown though (a car would be needed)

Additionally, The Galt House is fine. My father just stayed there last week. If you end up booking at The Galt House, ask about the large Executive Apartment Suites. They're huge (I would guess about 1,000 square feet). The last one I was in had a full kitchen, a dining table that would seat eight, two sofas, three bedrooms and a balcony overlooking the river.

I second Galt House. Jack Fry's is a fun restaurant. Good luck.

Galt House Hotel @ 140 North 4th St., Louisville, KY 502 - 589 - 5200.

Jack Fry's @ 1007 Bardstown Rd., Louisville, KY 502 - 452 - 9244.
