Churchill Downs

Heading to Louisville this weekend for my 10 year high school reunion and we're heading to the track on Saturday; heard about the tornados that passed through, anyone familiar with the damage? I hear races are back on starting tomorrow, can anyone update latest? thanks!

It's on the 6pm news right now. I haven't been paying close attention to tonight's news, but last night they reported that the roof was ripped off of one of the barns and damage to other areas. I did hear that no horses were harmed. I believe racing was cancelled today....but will resume tomorrow.

Just spoke to a friend on the phone who is going to night racing tomorrow evening. Sounds like everything is back to business as usual as far as racing spectators would be concerned.

Right now the weather is beautiful. Very little humidity and 82. Tomorrow's high to be 80 degrees & mostly sunny. No chance of anything until at least Saturday evening according to WAVE 3 news. http://www.wave3.com/

Looks like you've got a good weekend coming up....
