Bachelor/Bachelorette Weekend

We are trying to book a hotel for a Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend in downtown Louisville and was wondering what would be best. We have thought about the Louisville Downtown Marriott, the Marriott Courtyard and the Seelbach Hilton. Someone suggested the Seelbach but I saw some pictures of the rooms and I'm not quite sure that's what we're looking for. We're all around 25 and want to be close to all the restaurants and bars downtown. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I don't think the Seelbach is right either. It's more of a romantic, cozy type hotel. Tiny rooms, really. The Marriott , Hyatt or Galt House would be fine for you

The downtown marriot or the hyatt is right in the middle of things....very close to 4th st. The rooms are a little pricy there, but great for a special occasion.

If your looking for something cheaper... the downtown holiday inn on broadway is just a short cab ride away [ a few blocks] and looks like every other holiday inn in the world..... for about half the price of the marriot.

I belive there is also a hampton inn thats nice almost across from the marriot. is on the same street... i would try a search.

Good luck!!!
