Nightlife for 30's crowd

Looking for a place to go in Louisville that is geared more toward the 30's crowd. We thought about Fourth Street Live, but not sure that would be what we are looking for. Basically, just want a place to go dance to old rock or top 40's. Any suggestions?

Jim Porters Good Time Emporium 2345 Lexington Road is a good music/dance club that should fit your bill. Have fun!

I believe Jim Porters draws a slightly older crowd (like 50's). Coyotes may be an option since there are several clubs within the complex catering to different musical tastes, you can probably find something you like. Stevie Ray's may also be a good choice. The crowd is 30's to 50's. Live music and a cool atmosphere.

I'm 30 and I have to say that my fav is Phoenix Hill Tavern. It's separated into sections, too so there is usually something for everyone. I listen to alternative rock and love that they host many live bands; a lot of local and well known talent perform there.
