is it a good idea visiting neelum valley in eid holidays via local transport plus i wanted to know about the budget and guidance for 3 days trip

From Islamabad to Arang Kel, I think you don't have enough time, you could make it to Keran , Sharda etc. but Arang Kel on public transport service would be hard.

You better hire some car/jeep from Keran for further trip.

You need to allow extra days in case there are problems with roads etc.

I want to visit Neelum Valley Sharda in eid ul adha holidays 2018. Does Public transport available from islamabad to Muzaffarabad and Muzaffarabd to Sharda very next day of eid. I am travelling with my family member.
