Idaho Falls is too far from Yellowstone National Park. There are so many wonderful things to see, you need at least two days in the park.

Stay in West Yellowstone, MT.

When you are done with the park you can drive from West Yellowstone to Grand Teton National Park.

Idaho Division of Tourism What's this?

Here is a link visitidaho.org/assets/…yellowstonemaps.pdf

to a very informative downloadable map for the Yellowstone area that includes Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. If you would prefer one sent to you please don't hesitate to ask. :-) info@tourism.idaho.gov

Grand Teton National Park is only 45-minutes from Teton Valley, via Idaho Highway 33 and Wyoming Highway 22 and 191. The West Gate of Yellowstone National Park is about a 90-minute drive through some of Idaho’s most scenic byways.
