Shrimp at Bob's

I have read in previous posts that Bob's IGA sells local shrimp. Do they steam it for you?

I would pick it up in Savannah but you might have good luck with Bowie. I would go to Russo's in town. I don't know about Bob's. Good luck.

Not sure what Bob's IGA is but on Tybee the IGA has uncooked, no heads local shrimp for $5.99 a lb. we eat them all the time.

Maybe the IGA is not named Bobs? I knew about the shrimp at the Tybee IGA, but I was wondering if they would steam it for you since we will be in a hotel room, not a condo with a kitchen. Much cheaper, which means we can eat more!! Also, while I am asking, where on the island is the best value/flavor for oysters on the half shell. I am ashamed to admit my vacations are food driven....

I know people says it's for tourists, but Uncle Bubba's has great oysters on the half shell.
