Does anyone know if there is a shuttle from Orlando Airport to Vero Beach? Looking for something cheaper than a "limo" ride.
I would try the Orlando forums. Maybe someone there knows of one. It's probably cheaper to rent a car than the limo / private service.
It is easier to rent a car. There are several limousine services in the Vero Beach yellow pages
Classic VIP Limousine 772-778-7590
Gateway Travel Connections 772 589-7007
Our Helping Hands Airport & Cruise Transportation 772 594-9027
Preferred Limousine 772 778-2000
thanks, I was thinking I might have to do that. The drivers are $185 or so. Guess car rental would be cheaper. Was hoping for some kind of van or something.
From the airport, it's a reasonably easy drive. The primary route would be via the Beachline toll road to I-95. The alternative route via the Florida Turnpike and the 4-lane rural State Road 60 is if anything easier, but connecting to the turnpike from the airport requires, more or less, going west to I-4 then to the Turnpike,
If you plan on getting around in Vero Beach you will need a car there. They do not have a bus service that I know of.
thanks, by far the cheapest option I've seen.
Help. I booked my wife's flight. Got a great deal! But that's because she's flying into the Orlando SANFORD airport and that has virtually NO SHUTTLE SERVICE.
Any ideas how she can get to Vero Beach the least expensive waas possible?
There's shuttles from Vero Beach to Orlando International Airport, but I don't see anything to Orlando Sanford. And I haven't found a shuttle from Orlando Sanford to Orlando International. For now, I'm stumped.
The drive from Orlando Sanford to Vero is not bad at all, apart from some construction on I-95.
