Hi Visitor,

I dont know anything about rm 242, but I have know alot of people

that ahve stayed at Bilmar.

I stay next door at Page Terrace, they loved the Bilmar, its s really

nice place, the resturants are good, have great dinners and breakfast.

The location is real good too, scross the street from Walgreens,

beach shops and resturants.

Good place to stay on Treasure Island you wont be dissapointed!

Tony/Ellen

Thanks for opinion

My concern is that the 2nd floor unit is close to the sloppy Joes bar/restaurant and sat afternoon was awful noisy. Need to see if they have entertainment during week

Also not much privacy in pool area - next to Sloppy Joes

So seems like could be lot of daiuly noise vs quiet vacation

Did try Page Terrace and they bascially are sold out for longer term stays in winter - returning guests each month but did say to contact them later in year to see who has decided not to come back

Visitor,

I stayed in October when its off season, so its pretty quiet.

But i have never really seen any noisey crowds at Bilmar, pretty

quiet.

Tony stayes there all the time, no complaints.

Page terrace is nice, but they fill up quick, i made my reservations

for October all ready!

Bilmar has real good bars and resturants in it, i never saw

any noisy crowd when i was there for drinks.

Thunderbird is a little wilder, nice but people complaned about noise.

Visitor,

Tonys right on the money, I go down there alone or with friends, and

I have roamed around all over day and night, never worried about

my safety.

People are laid back and friendly, Its a place that stays the same.

Not like some of the Caribbean Island that you have to watch your butt.

Like Toney said, Usually by midnight or before Its pretty quiet on

the beach side. Not a spring break type crown at all! They all

go to Daytona and South Beah, and they can stay there!

Love Treasure Island
