Restaurant Recommendations

Any recommendations for where to eat in the Siesta Key area? Places with good food and fun atmosphere but also baby friendly? Anywhere with live music?

I agree with all of the other recommendations that have been made.

Also, the Daquiri Deck is baby/family friendly during the daytime hours.

I recently ate at Captain Curt's and while it may be family friendly, I would not recommend the food to anyone.

No, Capt Curts doesn't have the best food in the area..I agree.

It is family friendly with music, however.

I use to like Capt Curts but I found on my last visit the waitress was rude maybe she was having an off day who knows food was so-so therefore will leave it alone in future shame as I like the music.

Do you mean just on Siesta Key, or the surrounding area. St. Armands has a fun restaurant called ChaCha coconuts that you can sit outside and is family friendly. And Daquari Deck is fine during the day for babies, I used to take mine there. For breakfast, there is the Broken Egg at Siesta Key Village, I don't know if they are open for lunch or not.

My favourite here has been BluQue....for music, service, and food. Always families here. This is our last night and do not want to go......

I'd give BluQue a pass. Had dinner there the 1st part of May, greasy brisket and high priced drinks.....

I had the Kobe sliders and a beer at the BluQue one afternoon while listening to live music. Food was great and it was one of my more enjoyable lunches.
