I don't know why so many are going gaga over the B787. Personally, I find the A330 (Airbus) a much nicer flight. Although, I am quite old school and prefer (if we are talking Boeing) the 752 (757-200). I AM looking forward to the A350XWB launching though!

Although that said, I am a plane geek haha.

For those who are looking forward to the launch, it IS a really nice plane I have to say, and comfortable. Legroom is nice too although an extra inch would have been more appreciated :-)

mclaren

Whose 787 did you fly on? As it won't have been a Thomsons, how can you comment on the legroom?

No, they have not flown but on the ground, was a friend who works with them, said the legroom is a little better than the others in the fleet but the extra inch that they cut off the original plan would have been better used as more legroom. Nipon though, and in honesty, i would not say it was any different to a 767 albeit more modern

Thomsons are vast majority 34" (with a few a bit more) in economy, with some at 33," so for a charter airline.......... :)

Yes Premium Club is 2-3-2 and Economy Club is 3-3-3 with the last row in economy 2-3-2.
