Anyone been? Is it worth a trip? Is it any good for antiques do you know? www.naplesnews.com/events/ongoing/4160/
Haven't been recently, but this isn't an antiques-type market. They mostly sell vegetables and some other food items. The non-food stuff is just cheap household stuff. The Bonita Market probably has more interesting merchandise, but crowds and traffic are a nightmare. Still no antiques.
Thanks for that. So are there any antique type flea markets in the local area do you know?
Do they have any craft type stuff at Flamingo Island do you know?
Antique flea markets are few and far between. Most of the stuff you'll find is either repro or junk. That said, there are a number of stores which offer really good donated and/or consigned items. A number of these are located off S. 10th Avenue In Naples and include Options, The Conservacy, and Bargain Box. In today's electronic world most places research the pieces that are consigned or donated, but there are still treasures that slip through.
