Cannot decide of a South Beach Hotel??

The wants:

- walking distance to everything ie, shopping, restaurants ect.

- on the beach with a pool

- nice room with a balcony with ocean view

- our demographic is 30 and we are a couple

- we like a little party atmosphere but not spring break. We want to be able to sleep at night as it is a vacation.

- Classy enough that we dont feel like we lost everything when we walk into our room.

- So far I narrowed it down to the W, The Shore Club and the Ritz. The Shore Club being decent priced and the Ritz being slightly pricy but we can deal with it if its worth paying.

Thanks :)

W is probably the best fit for your description. Shore Club is a bit more "party" (but not spring break). Ritz more corporate in feel. You may also like shore club.

Raleigh is worth checking out. It has a great pool, is on the beach, and is close to everything. Only a few rooms have balconies but depending on when you go you may get one if you ask. The ocean view from the upper floors is fanatastic.
