Boat Rental

We are a family of 4 from the UK renting a house with boat dock from 23rd to 30th Dec. I would like to do some fishing (local waters) and would be grateful for advice on boat rental companies that can hire for 3 or 4 days. The only one I can find on search engine is cedar bay.

Hi,

There is a 3rd boat rental marina.

www.walkersmarine.com/location-goodland.html

COON KEY MARINA

604 PALM AVENUE EAST

GOODLAND, FLORIDA 34140

239-394-2797

Unfortunately, they don't list their rental information on their website. The other marinas are on the Northern end of the Island. Goodland is more to the Southwest.

I believe all of the marinas prices are about the same.

Have a great Marco holiday!

I understand the boats are less to rent at Walkers Coon Key on Goodland Island, try them or if you want to go on with someone John Stops charges $50 for 3hrs of fishing in the backwaters in Goodland which is a good by if you just want to go out quick. Tell him Phil from New Jersey told you. Pretty nice guy.

$50 for 3 hour fishing charger really caught my eye. That would be quite a bargain. I found John Stops charter website. It is:

www.stopsmarinecharters.com/strike.html

The$50 rate is a per person rate on shared charter. That still is a great deal if you are just a party of 1 or 2.

Shared Charter (3 hours): $50 per person (+FL sales tax); $45 under age 10
