Kima vs. Collwood

Has anyone stayed at both of these condos and could you tell me which one is your preference and why?

I have stayed at Collwood but not Kima but have walked by Kima many times. I would say the buildings are comparable. I like the location of Collwood better. Closer to John's Pass and the it doesn't have the concrete things on the beach and in the water that help prevent erosion. Units can vary in quality quite a bit at any of these condos so look for one that has been updated. Collwood #505 is nice as are many of the others.

I'm in the area this week and noticed that there is a new condo being built next to the Kima. I'm not sure if/how the construction is impacting the immediate area,
