What can I expect to pay to rent a wave runner for a few hours in the Madeira/Redington beach area? Would anyone care to recommend a rental company?

At John's Pass in Madeira Beach waverunners go for about $75/hour and that should include orientation, fuel, life jackets...everything set to go unless you need a safe boaters license if you're under 22. If you're renting for more than an hour you should get a discount on the additional hours. With a reservation you'll also usually get an upgrade or $5/hour off. There are Early Bird and combo (with parasailing) specials too. Here's a couple of companies in John's Pass-Madeira Beach:
