Check out Historic Cigar Alley in Duval Square or Cork and Stogie.

Cork and Stogie is great , the peeps there are awesome , nice specials , and the vibe is very chill. A&B has a very nice cigar lounge as well.

There's a lot of great places. Cork and Stogie has been mentioned. We used to frequent Conch Republic Cigars (their own cigars, not reselling someone elses), but they succumbed to mass market sellers. I'd say Schooners Wharf as they roll and sell right in the bar, and we all know SWB is a wonderful venue to sit and have a drink or 3 on a sunny afternoon.

The Schooner Wharf Bar and El Meson de Pepe both have people who role cigars. You could buy one or a small assortment and take them to the bar and indulge.
