You're about four blocks away from the Banana Cafe for breakfast or dinner...1211 Duval St.

If you walk north to Petronia and make a left, two blocks over is Blue Heaven...729 Thomas St

And one more block over on Petronia is Santiago's Bodega for tapas...207 Petronia St

And the bar almost right on the corner of Duval and South Street is OK for a drink sitting just off the small beach there.

Since you are staying at one end of Duval all you need to do is start walking up Duval. There are many, many good places to eat and drink on Duval. Just stop at a place you like and wonder in.

Towards your end of Duval is a restaurant (on your right as you wakk north)called "915" it's realy good!

If you like Mexican food, I can recommend Salsa Loca on that end of Duval. Looks like a small, neighborhood bar, but food was really quite good and very inexpensive. Sit out back on the patio if the weather allows. The only down side is that they only have a beer and wine license - no hard liquor. However, their sangria was quite tasty!!

Nearby are a lot of good places to eat.

Square One is a few blocks down Duval on Duval Square.

El Siboney, a great Cuban place, is a short walk as well. Walk down Simonton to Catherine and turn right. It's a few short blocks.

Camille's is just a block or 2 down Simonton, as is Pieces and Duffy's.

You are in restaurant heaven where you are staying.
