Ocean Park Suites at 185 5th Avenue South looks like a medium to small size house that is now a rental. It may be just one or it may have been divided into two rentals. There was a group of about 9 20ish year olds standing outside the open door. Presumably a couple of them had rented the place. Since it is a beach area rental it likely gets some hard use. Partying, etc. You've probably looked it up on mapquest so you know it is just two blocks from the ocean. At the end of 5th Avenue South there is a little park with some art work. It is just five short blocks to Beach Blvd which is the heart of summer partying for the younger crowd. Lots of restaurantsare there, and some shops that carry bathing suits, summer clothng, sea shells, etc.

Ocean Park Suites is a vacation rental with five efficiency suites and two 2/2 duplex townhomes. Please visit oceanparksuites.com for more information and pictures.

Big event parties are discouraged and has been remodeled with new furniture and top of the line accessories.
