Miami or FLL Pre Cruise

Hey TR,

Planning a trip back down to Florida in September.

We stayed 2 nights Pre cruise in Miami last time. Loved it. Fell in love with the city. Weather wasn't the best so we barely did any beach time.

Anyway, on to the question.

Based on what we have done already on our previous visit and on things to check out in Fort Lauderdale where should we stay?

Our previous visit consisted of a South Beach nightclub one night, duck tour, strolling SOBE, Lincoln Road, and tour of Everglades park with airboat ride.

What else is a cant miss in MIA or should we check out some cool things in the Fort Lauderdale area?

(Side note we are both flying into and cruising out of FLL)

Thanks in advance

If you are flying into and cruising out of Fort Lauderdale it would make sense to stay in Fort Lauderdale, however it hasi a different vibe to South Beach. Las Olas boulevard might interest you for shopping, dining and people watching. There is Bonnet House and Stranahan House to see both have interesting histories. The water taxi is a nice day out or if you want to take a more luxurious trip the Carrie B.
