Need a car Deerfield beach?

Traveling to the Wyndham in Deerfield beach in April. Does one need a car to travel around or are things within walking distance? Such places as restaurants, shoppes, grocery stores...trying to decide if to rent one or not. Thanks!

There are a number of places in walking distance but you will be limited significantly without a car.

If you are staying less than 3 days, you can do without a car on Deerfield Beach, particularly if your hotel is close to Hillsborough Boulevard. There are plenty of places to eat, shop and soak up the sun. And, it is a short, invigorating walk over the Intracoastal Bridge to get to The Cove. Beyond 3 days, though, I would think about renting a vehicle. Enjoy your stay!
