Best Day at the Beach

We are coming over for Orlando for a day at the beach. Which day would be the least busy on the beaches: weekend, Monday-Wed. or Thurs-Fri??

If it is a holiday weekend then the Thurs-Fri might be a little crowded otherwise Cocoa Beach usually has plenty of room on the beach.

Weekends are usually more crowded than weekdays, altho with school out its hard to say. There are more activities going on during the weekends and as Chuts said especially the holidays. Here is a link to Cocoa Beach pier where many events are held. http://www.cocoabeachpier.com/ It also has links to restaurants and other things in the area. You could also look at Ron Jons surf shop website.

Orlando migrates to the beach on weekends. Apart from Memorial Day and July 4, you will be fine.

n.b. In the unlikely event of a hurricane swell, there will be a small but significant migration of surfers and people who watch them. We might have a bit of that on Tuesday.
