Both are very nice.

The Hyatt is right on the main part of the beach. Very short walk to the main area of the beach, BeachWalk, the marina, and the Pier 60 area. Right in the heart of it all.

The Sandpearl is on North Beach. It is a little bit of a quieter, less busy, somewhat slower-paced area. There is a good variety of restaurants, bars, and shops in easy walking distance, but will be more of a walk, 10-15 minutes or so, to get to the Pier 60, marina, and BeachWalk area.

Both are very nice. Main difference is location I think.

When are you going? If you are there during the tourist season (January through April), then you should decide if you like a busy beach or if you would rather stay in a quieter area. During spring break, the area in front of the Hyatt is very busy with spring breakers. I much prefer the north beach area towards the Sandpearl - but if you like to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle, then the Hyatt is a better choice.
