Telluride is casual, you can dress up if you wish, not not needed. Nice looking jeans (no holes, ragged hems, etc) with a nice shirt or sweater will suffice. Rarely see a tie in Telluride. Don't often see heels on women in winter.

Colorado resort towns (including Telluride) are very casual and you often see a good mix of casual and relatively formal. I lean to the more casual end of the spectrum and Ive been to all three of the establishments you mentioned in well-worn ski clothes in winter and wouldn't hesitate to wear a clean T-shirt and shorts in summer, but you certainly wouldn't really stand out if you wore a suit.

Telluride is very casual. If you dress up too formally, people will wonder what wedding or funeral you are coming from!
