Driving from Eagle to Telluride late Dec

For reasons not worth mentioning, we are combining 2 colorado resorts this winter -- Telluride and Beaver Creek. Our family flies in/out of Eagle, so we have to drive EGE-Telluride. How long is the drive? Any passes to go over? Any tips -- we are a family of 5 coming direct from Australia.

Hwy. 70 west to Clifton then south on Hwy. 550 to Ridgway. Then Hwy. 160 to Hwy. 145.

NO passes.

Should be an easy drive like Ttown said, no passes. Glenwood Canyon may have a bit of ice if we've had a recent storm, but it's usually pretty clear. It should take about 4.5 hours. You can check www.cotrip.org for current road conditions and cameras.
