When is Red Rocks open for hiking/exploring.

I have been searching the web trying to find out when Red Rocks is open. One source says one hour before and after sunset and another says the park is open daily 8 AM to 4 PM. We would like to visit during the day with our children. We plan to also stop at dinosaur Ridge. Could someone provide some clarification about the hours for Red Rocks park? Is it a worthwhile stop for a hike with the children?

Thanks for the help!

Red Rocks is part of the Denver City & County parks system and so has regular hours for visiting. If there's a concert that evening they close for setup and sound checks in the afternoon. But check their website for all the details - redrocksonline.com/visitor-info/hours-direct…

It's an awesome place, hope you enjoy your time there.
