Route from Co. Springs to Granby.

So I have gotten great advice on this forum and appreciate it very much. But I am second-guessing myself a lot on the drive from Colorado Springs to Granby. Was thinking of driving to Cripple Creek and then on to Granby but also see that some people drive the Mt. Evans Parkway. Should I consider dropping the cog at Pike's Peak and Cripple Creek on our drive to Granby in favor of this? Pros and cons? Thanks!

Since you have 6 nights in Granby, drive the Mount Evans Scenic Byway as a day trip from Granby. It is an easy drive from Granby. Here is the route link for the Mount Evans Byway round trip from Granby.

Use your travel day between Colorado Springs and Granby for Cripple Creek and Breckenridge as discussed in your earlier post.
