Tyra Riverbend???

Looking for a place for our first trip to Breckenridge next spring. We have two boys...8 and 12. We are leaning towards this area (4 O'Clock) and wondering how successful it will be as a ski-in/ski-out area? Some of the reviews on here are leading me to think that catching a lift up will be easy but skiing back could be tricky. Is this true? If so, what other options will we have to get back? Early booking means great prices on a one bedroom at Tyra Riverbend which looks nice. Thoughts? You all at TA haven't led me wrong yet :-)

Tyra Riverbend- right next to the Snowflake Lift. not one of the major lifts but will get you up on the mtn. Ski back is via the Four O Clock Run which is an unofficial run that goes by cnodos and winds up in town. If you are coming for spring skiing, then the run may or may not be accessible based off of winter snowfall.

From Four O' Clock, you would need to either have enough snow to ski across the street back to Tyra Riverbend or pop off the skis and you are looking at a 30 second walk.
