My girlfriend has milking a cow on her bucket list. I would like to surprise her with a trip to a dairy farm that offers this. Thank you.

You'll have better luck with a 4-H'er since the big dairy farms all use mechnical milkers ;-)

San Antonio Ranch park in Los Altos has a small miniature working farm. I'm not sure if milking cows is an option.

I've seen 4-H in action at the county fairgrounds with lots of cow milking.
