(wasn't sure where best to post this so also put on SF forum)
Our family of 5 (2 adults, kids ages 17, 15 & 8) will be in SF 3 days then on Tues morning June 23 we will rent a car. My plan is to drive down the coast with possible stops at Moss Beach, Ano Nuevo State Reserve, and definitely at Big Basin Redwoods St. Park before heading to our hotel in San Jose. Are we likely to see elephant seals at Ano Nuevo at this time of year? We really want to see Redwoods, and Big Basin is recommended as less crowded than Muir Woods - is this a good choice/itinerary or should we go north of SF for the day before driving to SJC?
thanks for any comments or suggestions.
