Redding Restaurant for family get together?

I am planning on being in the Redding area right after Christmas and want to get together with 14 - 20 members of my family for a dinner and present exchange. Can anyone suggest a restaurant that would have a private or semi-private room? I would prefer something moderately priced with good food. Thanks!

Here are a few places I know have private rooms. Some I have eaten at, some not, so I can't comment on food quality but know people who give these options a "Thumbs Up"

- Marie Callender's on Hilltop

- Yak's Coffee House

- Cheesecakes Unlimited on Market St.

We have had good meals at Cattleman's restaurant there, it is a steakhouse. If you want something really casual, there is a Black Bear Diner there. They have pretty good food and they are moderately priced with a nice, varied menu. www.visitredding.org is a website where you can find restaurants in Redding with phone numbers and addresses of locations.

Hope this helps and have fun! :)

you might call YAKS Koffee shop 530.223.9999. They have conference rooms they let people use for free if they order food. They have unbelievable salads, sandwiches, paninis and pastries...not to mention there koffee is off the chart...hope this helps
