Visiting Oxnard from Kansas in June - Where to Stay?

Coming to Oxnard for a graduation in June. What hotels are good to stay at? Should we stay in Ventura or Oxnard. This would be for 3 adults. Thanks!

You may want to look into the Embassy Suites Mandalay Bay, it is right on the ocean and has a nice pool. http://embassysuites.hilton.com/en/es/hotels/index.jhtml;jsessionid=FOI4QLRZPHMWICSGBIV2VCQKIYFC5UUC?ctyhocn=OXNCAES. Ventura County is more of a suburb/residential area than a tourist county.

You may wnat to do a search on trip advisor for additional hotels in Camarillo, Oxnard and Ventura. Thousand Oaks & Westlake Village are also options as they are only 20 minutes from Oxnard. As far as where to stay, it depends on what you want to do during the day and at night.

If you are looking to enjoy a really beautiful, quiet, natural beach and stay at a nice hotel, you can't go wrong with the Mandalay Bay Embassy Suites.
